Professional email marketing, simplified.

All Unified Practice subscriptions include the email marketing integration. Constant Contact is a separate company however and their subscriptions can be seen HERE. Unlike many of the free email marketing automation alternatives, Constant Contact offers a HIPAA compliant email marketing platform, while still providing a cost-effective solution.

Under your account settings, go into the subscriptions tab. Turn on email marketing by clicking the toggle. Next, create your Constant Contact account.

Select from a variety of filters including patient type, birth month, age, gender, balance, appointment type, which location they visit, the number of prior visits, a specific date range of visits, services booked or not yet booked, value of service, CPT Codes and ICD codes.

Once you create your account in Constant Contact, you'll create your campaigns - which are one or more emails used to engage with your patients. Use your branding, logo and personal touch to create your email campaigns. Once the campaign is created, log into Unified Practice and under Reports, choose "Constant Contact Sync". Create your filters, name and create your patient list. You can either create the campaign in Constant Contact or the filtered list in Unified Practice - both will allow for syncing. From there, sync and your email marketing campaign is all set! One-touch email marketing creation in the system you already know and use!

Unified Practice has signed a BAA with Constant Contact, so that we can share (the bare minimum) of patient data in a HIPAA Compliant way. You as the practitioner can also sign a BAA with Constant Contact for an additional layer of compliance.
